By accessing bharatdmf.com, registering with Bharat Digital Media Federation, participating in our events or programs, submitting information through our forms, or using any Bharat DMF service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

02 · Eligibility
Bharat DMF welcomes digital creators, influencers, digital media professionals, agencies, organisations, brands and other participants who are part of or interested in the digital media ecosystem.
Certain memberships, events, awards, programs or initiatives may have specific eligibility requirements. By registering or participating, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the applicable requirements.
Where participation involves a minor, appropriate parent or legal guardian consent may be required.
03 · Registration and Membership
When registering as a creator, member, partner or participant, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and current.
Membership or registration may be subject to applicable eligibility criteria, verification and the specific terms communicated during the registration process.
Membership or registration with Bharat DMF does not guarantee employment, paid collaborations, sponsorships, awards, media coverage, brand opportunities or any specific professional or financial outcome.
Bharat DMF may review registrations and, where necessary, request additional information for verification or eligibility purposes.
04 · Events, Programs and Participation
Bharat DMF may organise or participate in creator summits, conclaves, workshops, awards, campaigns, networking programs, learning sessions and other initiatives.
Many Bharat DMF events and initiatives are offered free of charge, while certain events or activities may have specific participation requirements or conditions. Any applicable requirements will be communicated during registration.
Event dates, venues, speakers, schedules, partners and program details may occasionally change due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered participants where appropriate.
Registration for an event or program does not necessarily guarantee access to every session, activity, speaker interaction or opportunity unless specifically stated.
Any event-specific registration, ticketing or participation terms will apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
05 · Submissions and Creator Content
Bharat DMF may invite creators and participants to submit photographs, videos, social media links, profiles, applications, nominations, documents, creative work, testimonials or other materials.
By submitting such content, you confirm that:
- The information provided by you is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You have the necessary rights or permissions to submit the content.
- The content does not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
- The content does not knowingly contain unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or harmful material.
Where content is submitted for an award, campaign, event, publication, showcase or other Bharat DMF initiative, you provide Bharat DMF permission to use the submitted material for reviewing, documenting, promoting and showcasing the relevant initiative, subject to applicable law and any specific terms communicated during submission.
You retain ownership of your original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
06 · Member and User Conduct
We aim to maintain a respectful, inclusive and professional environment for creators, members, partners and participants.
You agree to:
- Provide genuine and accurate information.
- Respect other creators, members, partners and participants.
- Use Bharat DMF platforms and services responsibly.
- Respect the intellectual property and privacy of others.
- Follow the applicable rules and guidelines of events, programs and initiatives.
Please do not use Bharat DMF platforms or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activities, or to knowingly interfere with our website, systems or services.
Where a serious or repeated violation occurs, Bharat DMF may take appropriate action, including restricting participation in relevant activities.
07 · Intellectual Property
The Bharat DMF name, logo, website, branding, written content, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, publications and other materials provided by Bharat DMF are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These materials are intended for personal, informational or participation-related use unless otherwise permitted.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit Bharat DMF materials without prior written permission.
Creators and participants retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks and content appearing on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
08 · Collaborations and Opportunities
Bharat DMF may facilitate introductions, networking, creator collaborations, brand opportunities, partnerships, industry interactions and other professional connections.
While we aim to create meaningful opportunities for our community, participation in Bharat DMF does not guarantee a collaboration, sponsorship, paid opportunity, employment opportunity or commercial engagement.
Where an opportunity involves an independent brand, organisation, creator or other third party, the terms of that engagement will be determined between the relevant parties.
Bharat DMF is not responsible for the independent decisions, agreements or performance of third parties.
09 · Third-Party Platforms and Services
Bharat DMF may use or provide links to third-party platforms and services for purposes such as registrations, ticketing, payments, forms, communications, social media, analytics, video hosting, cloud storage and other activities.
Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Bharat DMF is not responsible for changes, interruptions, policies or technical issues originating from third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
10 · Limitation of Liability
Bharat DMF makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable website and meaningful experiences through its programs and initiatives.
However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bharat DMF will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or participation in our activities.
